三代人希望既能享受同堂的溫馨陪伴

又擁有各自獨立的生活空間

且需要滿足下一代的教育

因而選擇了這個一梯兩戶的學(xué)區(qū)房

但原來的精裝修卻不甚滿意

硬裝風(fēng)格以及戶型格局都有所欠缺

并不能滿足他們的實際功能需求和審美要求

老林總夫婦喜歡帶有東方底蘊的空間，小林總夫婦則偏好時髦有氣度，同時能滿足三孩家庭需求的空間。

Mr. And Mrs. Lin like the space with Oriental heritage, while Mr. And Mrs. Lin prefer the space that is fashionable and generous and can meet the needs of three-child families.

通過近一年的整改，兩套滿足三代人的dream house圓滿落地。既滿足世代之間需要獨立生活的空間需求又開啟了三代同堂，充滿家族溫情的新生活。

老林總夫婦喜愛中華傳統(tǒng)文化，特別是老林總的妻子彈得一手好古箏，氣質(zhì)里自帶一種中式的優(yōu)雅氣韻。他們希望居住的空間，能將中國傳統(tǒng)文化的韻和意融入其間。

在茶道中構(gòu)建獨處的自由維度，洄游之間綠意延伸，木色與光影陳情，一方茶臺圍合一隅悠然。
