丘陵民居山林沃野林盤氤氳茶園清新

Residential houses in hilly terrain，wooded mountainandfertile land, hazy and cloudy forest, fresh tea plantation

邛崍古稱臨邛，這座有著2300多年歷史底蘊(yùn)的古城猶如鑲嵌在成都西部版圖上的一顆明珠，熠熠生輝。古來邛州長據(jù)西川文脈之龍頭，地靈人杰，文風(fēng)盛興。榮幸之至，赤橙設(shè)計(jì)于2019年再度擔(dān)綱椒蘭山房二期民宿方案（景觀建筑室內(nèi)產(chǎn)品一體化）全案創(chuàng)作。

Qionglai, known as Linqiong in ancient times, was an ancient city with a history of more than 2300 years, which was like a pearl inlaid in the western area of Chengdu, constantly emitting its light. In ancient times, the cultural development of Qiongzhou region had been in the primary position in Xichuan area for a long time, which was a remarkable place that produced many outstanding people with cultural prosperity. It's a great honor that Chicheng Design once again undertook the creation and design of the scheme of the whole project of Pretty lodges built in mountains for the phase II residential houses (Integration of landscape and interior products) in 2019.

民宿的崛起是鄉(xiāng)村旅居興起的一個信號，鄉(xiāng)村民宿作為迥異于都市的悠閑、寧靜、生態(tài)、傳統(tǒng)的自然文化環(huán)境，模式創(chuàng)新是旅游高質(zhì)量發(fā)展路徑。椒蘭山房在鄉(xiāng)村建筑中，筑造與延續(xù)鄉(xiāng)村文化的內(nèi)生動力，既要創(chuàng)新表現(xiàn)漢風(fēng)雅韻，更關(guān)鍵的是，要被今人所理解，為今人所用。而隨著著逆城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展與旅游市場消費(fèi)大升級，椒蘭山房項(xiàng)目在振興鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時，也承載著旅游轉(zhuǎn)型升級后的高層次的市場需求，是新的耕讀生活棲息地。

The development of home stays is a signal of the rise of rural tourism and rural dwellings industry. Different from the city, the rural dwellings have leisure, quiet, ecological and traditional natural and cultural environment. The innovation of this model is a path towards high-quality development of tourism. In rural architecture, Pretty lodges built in mountains are conducive to building and continuing the inner power of rural culture, which should not only innovate to show the characteristics of the style of Han Dynasty and its elegant rhyme, but also be understood and used by modern people. With the development of counter urbanization and the upgrading of tourism market consumption, the project of Pretty lodges built in mountains undertakes the task of revitalizing the rural industry, and carries the task of meeting the high-level market demand after the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry at the same time, which will be a new habitat for farming and studying.

《子虛賦》有云:“其北則有陰林，桂椒木蘭，蘗離朱楊，樝梨梬栗，橘柚芬芳”。桂椒、木蘭都是古代的高級香料，清新雅致。所幸，椒蘭山房正是取椒之清新，蘭之高潔。

As the saying goes in Zixufu:“The north is the forest, with many huge trees, including Huanggeng tree, nanmu tree, camphorwood, cassia-bark tree, Zanthoxylum bungeanum tree, lily magnolia, pear tree, willow, hawthorn tree, black jujube tree, orange tree, pomelo tree, with fragrance of flowers”. Cinnamon pepper and Magnolia are fresh and elegant, which are high-grade spices in ancient times. Therefore, the meaning of Pretty lodges built in mountains is taking the implied meaning of fresh pepper and noble orchid.

設(shè)計(jì)遵循“在地主義”的理念。在鄉(xiāng)村再建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中，人、建筑、環(huán)境之間的交流與平衡尤其重要。如何保留及再現(xiàn)這種動態(tài)的平衡感也是設(shè)計(jì)過程中思考的重點(diǎn)。歷經(jīng)一年多，設(shè)計(jì)師企圖在舊建筑修復(fù)和空間創(chuàng)新中尋求一種平衡，讓建筑在現(xiàn)代感中和諧生長，求同存異，不落窠臼。

This design follows the concept of "localism". In the implementation of the rural building project, the communication and balance among people, buildings, and the environment are particularly important. At the same time, how to retain and reproduce this dynamic balance in the project is also a key issue in the process of design. After more than a year of exploration, the designer attempts to find a balance between the restoration of the old building and the innovation in space, which will realize the harmony between modern style and ancient style, seeking common ground while reserving differences and breaking away from convention.

1.勿忘在莒

Never forget the origin

項(xiàng)目二期9棟建筑拔地而起。勿忘在莒，為保持當(dāng)?shù)卮ㄎ髅窬拥慕ㄖ嵨丁Ｃ袼拊O(shè)計(jì)綜合場地現(xiàn)況，為減少基地大量開挖對周邊土層環(huán)境的影響，故保留了原地形的高差，將四棟老建筑改造翻新，新建五棟單體建筑。其中四棟改造的建筑，把原始墻體及木結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了修復(fù)和結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)。在寧靜的基地與環(huán)境中重新構(gòu)筑一棟庭院相間、內(nèi)外相連的復(fù)合建筑群。

Nine buildings, the second phase of this project, rise straight from the ground. Never forget the origin, so we keep the lingering charm of the Western Sichuan common people's residence. Considering the current situation of the site, we do not change the elevation difference of the original topography, then renovate four old buildings and build five single buildings for reducing the impact of a large amount of excavated land on the surrounding soil environment. As for the four of the renovated buildings, we have repaired and strengthened the original walls and timber structures. In this quiet base and environment, we have planned to rebuild a compound building complex with alternating courtyards and connecting inside and outside scenery.

The generation of Architecture（GIF）

民宿設(shè)計(jì)新建的5棟單體建筑，從“三間兩頭轉(zhuǎn)”的川西民居結(jié)構(gòu)中，剝離出獨(dú)立的體塊，院落。再以穿斗形式演化落地窗框形態(tài)，使建筑展開面最大程度的接受黃金日照時間。

The five newly built single buildings are separated from the "three-room and two-end" residential structure of Western Sichuan common people, with independent blocks and courtyards. The building adopts cloak-style floor-to-ceiling windows, making the extended surface of the building receive sunlight to the greatest extent.
