本案位于蘇州園區(qū)，400平聯(lián)排別墅，分為五層，地下二層以儲物為主，設(shè)立儲物間以保證正常儲物的使用功能；

地下一層為接待、休閑空間，設(shè)立了接待廳、書房、西廚可以用來會客接待朋友，也可以用來工作學(xué)習(xí)；一層層為生活空間，有客廳、廚房、餐廳、門廳滿足正常居住的家庭公共區(qū)域；二層三層為居住空間，二層做了兩個套房，衣帽間，衛(wèi)生間都分開使用，保證了生活隱私，三層為主人家大套房，設(shè)立了衣帽間衛(wèi)生間以及套內(nèi)書房，安靜而又溫暖。別墅裝飾

休閑區(qū)的空間一般比例寬敞，落地玻璃窗，在視覺上看起來空間很寬敞，采光效果也很好。地面用淺色的木地板，沙發(fā)也是淺色和橘色的撞色沙發(fā)，給人一種舒適安逸的感覺。別墅裝飾
