在玉龍灣別墅大宅的別墅裝修設(shè)計中，根據(jù)之前對多位業(yè)主的生活習(xí)慣調(diào)研，我們設(shè)計團(tuán)隊有意識地合理規(guī)劃空間分配，從而釋放更多的公共區(qū)域，業(yè)主可以根據(jù)自己的生活習(xí)慣進(jìn)行自由的空間匹配。

In the design of Yulong Bay Villa, according to the previous research on the living habits of many owners, our design team consciously and rationally planned space allocation, so as to release more public areas, and owners can freely match space according to their own living habits.

家的“每一頁”都飽含情感，等待居者細(xì)細(xì)“翻閱”......

入戶大門口的墻面采用透光混凝土，這種材質(zhì)曾用于上海世博會意大利館。在國外被廣泛采用的一種透光混凝土表現(xiàn)形式，通過掛板的形式，與燈光進(jìn)行配合，結(jié)合燈光的變化實現(xiàn)透光的一種形式。透光度佳、隔熱性好、無機(jī)材質(zhì)、綠色環(huán)保、經(jīng)久耐蝕。

The entrance wall is made of transparent concrete, the same material used in the Italian Pavilion at the Shanghai Expo. A transparent concrete is widely used in foreign countries, through the form of hanging plate, with the light, combined with the change of light to achieve a form of transparent. Good light transmittance, good heat insulation, inorganic material, green environmental protection, long corrosion resistance.

光影和色彩的變化，能讓人們對實體空間進(jìn)行視覺和心理上的重新感官組合。根據(jù)人類行為心理學(xué)研究，每個人都是有空間感和領(lǐng)域感。根據(jù)不同的顏色、光感分成不同的區(qū)域，也限定了每個人的自我空間意識。透光混凝土能流行起來的原因也由于這種空間意識吧，光能穿透混凝土來到另一個空間，削弱局限感，增加了神秘感。

灰調(diào)、棕調(diào)與墨調(diào)的家具以東方氣質(zhì)為基調(diào)，空間簡潔大氣，這一點也是滿足了男主人公的要求。至于軟飾方面，后續(xù)還在更新，滿足女主人的色彩愛好，同時與空間相融合。

別墅裝修設(shè)計讓“器物”與“空間”真正的交互起來，不想隔絕掉人和家之間的情緒聯(lián)結(jié)。敞開的會客廳如同一個邀請，吸引人走近。

別墅裝修設(shè)計軟飾元素在空間中形成韻腳，串聯(lián)并營造出空間情緒中的深境，含蓄與跳脫，東方與現(xiàn)代，營造充滿張力的視覺美感。

施工階段是在構(gòu)筑別墅的軀體

所以說，設(shè)計與施工是一體的，緊密聯(lián)系。

▌設(shè)計：一個項目的核心紐帶是通過設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)梳理后給到施工版塊+施工的組織和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。決定項目的實施全細(xì)則和品質(zhì)保證。設(shè)計與施工的差異化：即對品質(zhì)的一份向往和執(zhí)著所決定?？梢院芎酶淖冋J(rèn)知，認(rèn)知改變，一切美好。

The core link of a project is given to the construction section + the organization and standard of construction after systematic sorting through the design. ▌施工：經(jīng)過此別墅的深度管理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定位，我們找到了施工的差異化，不變的是空間，可變的是你對空間投入的情感，表達(dá)你對空間落地的一份情感，空間每處細(xì)節(jié)會對你產(chǎn)生影響及思考。相互依存的關(guān)系，品質(zhì)是這樣來的。
