時(shí)代更迭下新型商業(yè)區(qū)層出不窮，而淹沒(méi)在發(fā)展洪流之下老街區(qū)與舊建筑則漸漸被人遺忘，那些曾布滿生活印跡的城市角落也在逐漸褪去生命力。如何再度喚醒老街區(qū)的活力，讓其成為城市一大焦點(diǎn)，餐廳設(shè)計(jì)朱海博建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所以BEEER PARK破開(kāi)僵局，在延續(xù)品牌基因的同時(shí)，融合當(dāng)?shù)亟謪^(qū)人文氣息，讓老建筑在與品牌的共生之下獲得新生。

With the change of times, newcommercial districts are springing up, while the oldneighborhoods and buildings submerged under the torrent of development are gradually forgotten, and those urban corners that were once full of life traces are also gradually fading their vitality. To revive the oldneighborhood again and make it a focal pointin the city, ARCHIHOPE Ltd. broke the deadlock with BEEER PARK, and integrated the culture atmosphere of local neighborhoods while continuing the brand gene, so that the old building canget a new life in a symbiosis with the brand.

1 人文的構(gòu)建與契合

1 The Construction and Fit of Culture

項(xiàng)目位于惠州市惠城區(qū)麥地，是煙火味兒十足的老街區(qū)，餐廳設(shè)計(jì)也是當(dāng)?shù)厝饲嗖A的“老去處”。無(wú)論是在燒烤攤暢聊一夜至天明的三幾好友，還是路過(guò)的各色人群與大大小小的車輛，這些市井生活的真實(shí)痕跡皆是BEEER PARK構(gòu)建而起的一部分。

The project is located in Maidi community, Huicheng District, an old neighborhood with a strong flavor of life and a popular“old hangout” for locals. Whether a few friends chatting all night until dawn at the barbecue stall or all kinds of people and vehicles passing by, these real t

races of urban street life are all parts of where BEEER PARK is located.

外立面的打造是設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中最艱難的部分，為了不影響采光和通風(fēng)，餐廳設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)以造型感和立體感強(qiáng)烈卻輕盈的百葉覆蓋原有建筑體遺留下的裝飾印跡和空調(diào)外機(jī)，以此形成遮擋效果和視覺(jué)反差。這不僅是美學(xué)屬性的彰顯，也是在地性考量的體現(xiàn)，依地區(qū)多臺(tái)風(fēng)的氣象條件，增強(qiáng)了外立面的支撐性與抗風(fēng)性。

The design of the facade is the most difficult part in the design process. In order not to affect the lighting and ventilation, the design team covered the decorative marks and outdoor units of air-conditioners left over from the original building with shutters that are lightweight and have a strong sense of modeling andthree-dimensional effect, so as to form an occlusion effect and visual contrast. This is not only the manifestation of aesthetics, but also the embodiment of taking into account geographical features that the bearing and wind capability of the facade are enhanced according to the climate condition with a high frequency of typhoons in the region.

原身為一棟已有20多年歷史的老舊商業(yè)建筑，在新商業(yè)區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)的沖擊下逐漸沒(méi)落，想要讓其重?zé)ㄐ律厝灰M(jìn)行大體量改造，但改造過(guò)程并非一帆風(fēng)順。設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)不僅要與物業(yè)磨合溝通并與政府進(jìn)行協(xié)商，也要考慮建筑本身較長(zhǎng)的樓齡與新增部分的固定設(shè)計(jì)。

As an old commercial building with a history of more than 20 years, it is gradually declining under the impact of the development of the new commercial district. It is necessary to carry out a large-scale transformation to bring it back to life, but the process is not that smooth. The design team should not only communicate with the property management company and negotiate with the government, but also consider the building with long age itself and the fixation design for the new parts.
