柏麗德祿亞太生產(chǎn)研發(fā)總部被設(shè)想為一個(gè)微型環(huán)境，承載研究、實(shí)驗(yàn)、管理、展覽和產(chǎn)品發(fā)布等功能。從平面上，四個(gè)相互交錯(cuò)的矩形體量保護(hù)著一個(gè)長(zhǎng)條形的庭院。從剖面上，底層的大型體量由人造石材勾勒而成，而玻璃幕墻覆蓋的二層則是一個(gè)由鋅板包裹的雕塑體量。建筑的外部造型深受德國(guó)跑車（如寶馬M1）棱角分明的線條的啟發(fā)。研發(fā)總部設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)部花園是研發(fā)中心所有部門的中心聚會(huì)場(chǎng)所，花園也是一個(gè)非正式的室外舞臺(tái)，設(shè)有階梯式座位和中央舞臺(tái)。所有三層辦公空間都向內(nèi)部花園開放，既能采光，又可借助陽(yáng)臺(tái)和露臺(tái)通向中心空間。修長(zhǎng)的庭院也讓人聯(lián)想到永恒的意大利都靈的菲亞特工廠。

nobilia & raumplus Asia-Pacific r&d headquarters is envisioned as a micro-environment accommodating functions such as research, experimentation, management, exhibitions, and product launches. From a plan view, four intersecting rectangular volumes enclose a long courtyard. In section, the lower level's large volume is outlined by artificial stone, while the glass curtain-walled second floor is a sculptural volume wrapped in zinc panels. The exterior design of the building is deeply inspired by the sharp lines of German sports cars (such as the BMW M1). The internal garden serves as a central gathering place for all departments of the research center and also functions as an informal outdoor stage, equipped with tiered seating and a central stage. All three levels of office space open to the internal garden, providing both natural light and access to the central space via balconies and terraces. The elongated courtyard also evokes the timeless Fiat factory in Turin, Italy.

員工們可以共享大部分朝向風(fēng)景和通向露臺(tái)的空間，包括餐廳、員工休息室、多功能廳等。我們希望為工作人員創(chuàng)造一個(gè)充滿靈感、感到自豪，且能放松的環(huán)境。與此同時(shí)我們還努力創(chuàng)造許多功能不明確的空間，希望在這里工作的每個(gè)人都有自己最喜歡的角落，無(wú)論是室外、室內(nèi)，還是介于兩者之間。建筑西南角的垂直塔樓是公共聚會(huì)空間：它的底層是公共餐廳，其上的所有樓層都設(shè)有開放的公共開放空間。這里所有的內(nèi)部空間都朝向西側(cè)流淌的溪水。

Employees can enjoy shared spaces with scenic views and access to terraces, including the cafeteria, employee lounge, and multipurpose hall. We aim to create an environment that inspires, instills pride, and promotes relaxation for our staff. At the same time, we strive to create many multifunctional spaces where every individual working here can find their favorite corner, whether indoors, outdoors, or somewhere in between. The vertical tower at the southwest corner of the building serves as a public gathering space: its ground floor houses a public cafeteria, with open public spaces on all upper floors. All internal spaces here overlook the creek flowing to the west.

室內(nèi)采用簡(jiǎn)潔的材料，公共區(qū)域鋪設(shè)人造石地板，辦公和研發(fā)空間鋪設(shè)地毯，便于未來(lái)靈活布置。大部分垂直表面采用金屬、石材和玻璃材料，天花板保持干凈裸露，以創(chuàng)造高度和空間靈活性。所有的室內(nèi)隔斷、滑動(dòng)門、嵌入式櫥柜都采用的是柏麗和德祿自己的產(chǎn)品。我們的想法便是，研發(fā)中心的內(nèi)部工作空間同時(shí)也是一個(gè)“現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展示廳”，員工們?cè)谧约涸O(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品間穿梭。

The interior features simple materials, with artificial stone flooring in public areas and carpeting in office and research spaces to facilitate future flexible arrangements. Most vertical surfaces are clad in metal, stone, and glass materials, while the ceilings remain clean and exposed to create height and spatial flexibility. All interior partitions, sliding doors, and built-in cabinets use nobilia and raumplus 's own products. Our idea is that the internal working space of the research center doubles as a " showroom," allowing employees to move among the products they design and produce.
