項目地址位于中國上海市復(fù)興東路上，毗鄰豫園，故取諧音“渝舍印象”。項目原是一家舊招待所兼棋牌室，隨著時代變遷和城市再造更新，業(yè)主希望在加固原有結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上解構(gòu)新的民宿含義。

The project is located on East Fuxing Road, Shanghai, China, which is next to Yu Garden, thus is named “Yu Hotel” to echo with Yu Garden. It was originally an old hosteless & card room. With the changes of times and urban renewal, the owner wanted to deconstruct the new meaning of B&B on the basis of reinforcing the existing structure.

原招待所由四棟舊樓組成，樓內(nèi)空間狹小，光線不足，改造的重點便是空間重構(gòu)，為原本狹小昏暗的內(nèi)部空間引入陽光和自然。歷經(jīng)半年余，設(shè)計師將舊宅解構(gòu)嫁接成現(xiàn)在的一棟庭院相間、內(nèi)外相連的復(fù)合建筑。由水岸造景、露臺、客房、餐廳、茶室以及園林等部分組成，兼具了民宿的功能性和景觀，講究細節(jié)的精致打磨，在整體房屋格局修舊如舊的基礎(chǔ)上，通過內(nèi)飾和軟裝的搭配，讓昔日的上海里弄經(jīng)歷了新舊交替的時代蝶變。酒店設(shè)計

The old hostel was comprised of four old buildings that were narrow, small with inadequate lighting on the inside. The key of the renovation project is spatial restructuring and bringing sunlight and nature to the interior space that used to be narrow and dark to begin with. After more than half a year, the designers have deconstructed and turned the old place into the complex whose interior is connected with the exterior with courtyard interspaced inbetween. It is comprised of waterfront landscaping, terrace, guest room, dining room, tea room and garden and so on, which enable it to combine the functionality and landscape of B&B together and devote particular care for fine details. And it shows the transition from the old to the new happened to the lanes and alleys in Shanghai over time through the interior and soft decoration on the basis of repairing the overall structure of the house as before.

改造后的渝舍印象由兩棟樓組成，設(shè)計過程從整合的角度梳理了文化、自然、建筑之間的關(guān)系。以入口處以折疊巡回的青磚引入，為空間的公共與私密提供了過渡。參考北方的四合院和上海小院的特點，設(shè)計師大刀闊斧，在寸土寸金的上海市中心辟出一處院落，解決了建筑間的孤立狀態(tài)，使客房、前廳大堂和咖啡廳視覺上遙相呼應(yīng)，院落的引入集中體現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)建筑的造園思想。酒店設(shè)計

The renovated Yu Hotel consists of two buildings. The relations among culture, nature and architecture were sorted out during the design process for the purpose of integrating them together. At the entrance is the roundabout wall built with black bricks that serves as transition between the openness and privacy of the space. By referencing to the characteristics of quadrangle dwellings in the north and courtyards of Shanghai, the designer took bold steps to squeeze out a yard in the center of Shanghai where land is scarce and expensive, managed to bring the buildings that used to be isolated from each other together and made the guest rooms, lobby and café visually echo with one another at a distance. Introduction of yard has fully reflected the idea of gardening in traditional buildings.

大片窗戶和鋼板組成干干凈凈的冷色基調(diào)，與透出的暖黃光形成對比，正如渝舍印象的經(jīng)營模式：用酒店式的管理方法，民宿的人文情懷去經(jīng)營。這里有書籍、音樂、咖啡和茶，懶懶地坐在舒服的沙發(fā)上，發(fā)呆、看書、聊天，坐上一下午。酒店設(shè)計

The large pieces of windows and steel plates have set the tone of clean cool color, which serves as a contrast to the warm yellow light coming through the windows, much like the business model of Yu Hotel: Run with the management method for hotel and the humanistic spirit for B&B. With the company of books, music, coffee and tea, you may spend a whole afternoon idly sitting on the cozy couch and doing nothing, reading something, chatting with someone or simply sitting here.
