但這并不影響它在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)中的不可替代性。因?yàn)闅w根結(jié)底，這就是一家服務(wù)屬性的酒店。特別是在其客房系統(tǒng)里，酒店所應(yīng)該具備的所有功能及使用條件，均不可缺席。甚至因其非盈利運(yùn)營模式的前提加持，非遺會(huì)館設(shè)計(jì)資源分配亦不再考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)因素。反而，讓我們有了更多的機(jī)會(huì)，進(jìn)一步放大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的配置及空間尺度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
