In order to highlight thecorporateculture and individualidentity,both the external visual expression and the internal rhythm are of particular importance. Simple geometric features and deep cultural attributes are the first choicesfora simple and evocative design solution. Therefore, the most crucial design factors are 'square' and 'circle'. The square shape's angularity indicates an aggressive attitude and a vibrant determination to attack. The natural harmony of the circle encapsulates the concept of communication and coordination. The simple expression of emotion is not the ultimate goal of the design. Still, the convergence ofcorporateculture, management wisdom and headquarters functions in the design is what sublimates the emotion of the building and gives substance to the simple geometric elements.

研發(fā)中心設(shè)計為將不同特點的“方”與“圓”結(jié)合，達到“淺深各有值，方圓隨所蓄”的意境，“圓”與“方”的大小、布局、銜接都是精心布置的。通過幾何元素的巧妙搭配，用簡潔通俗的手法傳達中華傳統(tǒng)哲學思想在企業(yè)管理中巧妙運用的智慧。通過幾何元素的精準構(gòu)建，運用巧妙的空間布局突顯設(shè)計方案對空間融合、功能區(qū)分、建筑可持續(xù)性的關(guān)注。這種思想和設(shè)計都旨在表達總部所承載的研發(fā)、協(xié)調(diào)、領(lǐng)導、權(quán)衡、文化、生態(tài)的特質(zhì)。研發(fā)中心設(shè)計方案不拘泥于建筑本體的內(nèi)涵發(fā)掘與形象表達，還聚焦于區(qū)域內(nèi)“陰陽”調(diào)和的一體化目標。

In order to combine the different characteristics of the 'square' and 'circle' and to achieve the mood of 'the depth and shape of the spring can be created freely', the 'circle' and 'square' are carefully arranged in terms of size, layout and articulation. Through the clever combination of geometric elements, the wisdom of traditional Chinese philosophical thinking in corporate management is conveyed simply and popularly. Through the precise construction of geometric elements, the clever spatial layout highlights the design solution's focus on spatial integration, functional differentiation and architecturalsustainability.The idea and the design are intended to express the qualities of research and development, coordination, leadership, balance, culture and a comfortable work environment carried by the headquarters. The design is not limited to the exploration and expression of the buildingitselfbut also focuses on the integration of the area.

設(shè)計方案試圖在廠區(qū)與城市界面的內(nèi)外關(guān)系上進行突破，同時刻畫建筑不同于廠房的體量感與外立面。

The design scheme attempts to make a breakthrough in the internal and external relationship between the factory campus and the urban interface while portraying the sense of volume and facade of the building as distinct from the factory.

從幾何類型上，利用方形塑造出嚴謹、剛性、易讀的屬性；而圓是柔和、過渡、自然的。研發(fā)中心設(shè)計作為一個廠區(qū)配套辦公建筑，方形位于地塊拐角邊界使建筑更易于增強城市地塊界面感，圓形則作為休閑區(qū)域更偏向地塊內(nèi)向的自然和流動。從功能上，方形體量旨在容納辦公研發(fā)人員并進行企業(yè)文化展示，打造區(qū)別于車間的辦公環(huán)境，圓形體量則是廠區(qū)內(nèi)的人文、休閑的配套功能。

In terms of geometric typology, the square shape the attributes of preciseness, rigidity and legibility, while the circle is soft, transitional and natural. As a factory support office building, the square is located at the corner boundary of the site making the building more likely to enhance the sense of the urban plot interface. At the same time, the circle is more natural and flows as a leisure area inward towards the plot. In terms of function, the square volume is intended to accommodate office workers and R&D staff and display corporate culture, creating an office environment distinct from the workshop. In contrast, the circular volume is a supporting function for humanities and leisure within the factory.

研發(fā)中心設(shè)計整體方案渴望打造出具有“效率”、“幸福感”、“滿意度”的辦公建筑。

The overall concept aspires to create an office building with "efficiency", "happiness", and "satisfaction".

研發(fā)中心設(shè)計在建筑外表面采用了大量的玻璃幕墻，主樓部分公共區(qū)域與研發(fā)區(qū)域在外立面通過不同的材質(zhì)加以區(qū)分，而副樓則全部采用玻璃幕墻使得公共景觀區(qū)域更加開闊，提升了建筑的自然屬性，其既詮釋了“方圓調(diào)和”，又使得整個建筑顯得輕盈而現(xiàn)代。這是一種新型的辦公建筑——既簡單、高效，又具有標志性。

The design uses a large number of glass curtain walls on the external surfaces of the building, with the public areas of the main building and the research and development areas distinguished by different materials on the facade, while the secondary building uses all-glass curtain walls to open up the public landscape areas and enhance the natural attributes of the building. It not only interprets the "harmony between square and circle" but also makes the whole building appears light and modern. This is a new office building -- simple, efficient and iconic.

The unity and contrast between the extensively glazed fa?ade and the surrounding buildings underline the building's dominant position within the group.

而建筑內(nèi)部空間的營造，建筑師在立方體中間由小至大挖去一個圓臺，研發(fā)中心設(shè)計不僅提高了建筑內(nèi)部的自然光采光，產(chǎn)生了一個有趣的中庭，提供了一個高品質(zhì)辦公環(huán)境；而且在靈活的框架內(nèi)，創(chuàng)建了一系列的社交空間，以鼓勵非正式會議、合作和終極創(chuàng)新。
