VIP Lounge, Huamao Place: A Commercial Revival with Redefined Space Value
2011年,華貿(mào)天地以高端商業(yè)進(jìn)入惠州江北CBD核心,從灣區(qū)的時(shí)尚購(gòu)物休閑中心,成為惠州人接軌國(guó)際化大都會(huì)生活的向往之地。
In 2011, Huamao Place made its grand entrance into the heart of the CBD area north of the East River as a premium commercial complex. This transformed it from being just a fashionable shopping and leisure centre in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to the top destination of Huizhou citizens, a place where they can experience a lifestyle on par with those in international metropolises.
面對(duì)新媒體時(shí)代購(gòu)物的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)洗牌,實(shí)體商業(yè)回歸以人為本的服務(wù)理念。異開(kāi)設(shè)計(jì)和泡泡藝?yán)葓F(tuán)隊(duì),從藝術(shù)性探索和功能性再塑,對(duì)華貿(mào)天地3F原會(huì)員中心及外走廊區(qū)域進(jìn)行整體改造升級(jí),煥新品牌空間以締造新的商業(yè)價(jià)值。
In the face of the reshuffling competition in the shopping landscape of the new media era, brick-and-mortar businesses are returning to a people-centric service philosophy. EK Design and PP Design Gallery worked together to embark on an artistic exploration and functional reshaping of the VIP Lounge on the 3rd floor and exterior corridor area of Huamao Place. The objective is to foster a holistic transformation and upgrade, rejuvenating the brand's space to forge new commercial value.
VIP Lounge作為品牌與會(huì)員顧客建立深層次互動(dòng)與信任的重要場(chǎng)域,會(huì)員中心設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)極致的體驗(yàn)感受重塑實(shí)體商業(yè)的核心實(shí)力。存量時(shí)代的商業(yè)煥新,關(guān)鍵在于理解未來(lái)的消費(fèi)模式從而創(chuàng)新場(chǎng)景。
Acting as a pivotal stage for fostering profound interaction and trust between brands and their loyal clientele, the VIP Lounge plays a significant role in redefining the heart of the brick-and-mortar business, purely through the power of an unrivalled, sensory experience. The revitalisation of business in the era of principal assets hinges on understanding future consumption patterns, thus innovating scenarios.
空間布局規(guī)劃Spatial Layout & Planning
穿過(guò)應(yīng)季更新的展示走廊,前臺(tái)接待、公共活動(dòng)、私密洽談三大區(qū)域,會(huì)員中心設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)色彩與材質(zhì)的呼應(yīng),制造各空間體塊穿插、互動(dòng)的效果,讓商業(yè)高定的藝術(shù)趣意在方正的小空間內(nèi)伏筆自由。
Upon crossing the seasonally refreshed display corridor, you are greeted by three main zones: the reception area, the communal space, and the private consultation area. Through the thoughtful interplay of colours and materials, an interactive and intertwined spatial experience is meticulously crafted. This ingenious design approach injects an artistic flair into the premium commercial complex, subtly hinting at the freedom of expression within this seemingly formal and compact space.
原會(huì)員中心四周商鋪滿目、環(huán)境復(fù)雜,主空間更藏于15米長(zhǎng)的走廊后端,考量其昭示性與私密性的辯證關(guān)系成為設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵。
Situated amidst a bustling array of shops, the original VIP Lounge found itself in a labyrinth of complexity. Its centrepiece, an enthralling main space, was ensconced at the end of a 15-meter-long corridor. The critical design challenge revolved around striking a delicate balance between its desire to be seen and its need for seclusion, resulting in a fascinating dialectic of exposure and privacy.
從門(mén)頭開(kāi)始,用通體的紅洞石搭建感官支點(diǎn),在造型上作內(nèi)倒、折疊處理,制造視線與動(dòng)線的轉(zhuǎn)折,長(zhǎng)道盡頭窺見(jiàn)前臺(tái)的“半身”,欲言而止且露高級(jí)。
Starting from the entrance, the sensory fulcrum is constructed with unifying red travertine, which is cleverly designed with inward sloping and folding treatments. These manipulations ingeniously create a shift in visual and moving lines. As you traverse the elongated corridor, you catch a glimpse of the reception desk appearing as if it were a 'half body', elegantly insinuating a sense of sophistication that leaves you yearning for more.

Deconstruction of Spaces with Imprinted Aesthetic of the Brand
當(dāng)高定設(shè)計(jì)介入商業(yè)空間,原規(guī)整的格局通過(guò)獨(dú)特的解構(gòu)演繹,藝術(shù)的技法轉(zhuǎn)化為鮮明的空間特征,創(chuàng)造出獨(dú)具品牌氣質(zhì)的形體印記,與高端客群達(dá)成潛意識(shí)的認(rèn)同與共鳴。
When premium-tailored design infiltrates commercial spaces, the original orderly layout is interpreted through unique deconstruction. Artistic techniques metamorphose into striking spatial characteristics, forming a physical imprint that embodies the brand's distinct personality. This resonates subconsciously with high-end clientele, forging an unspoken consensus and harmony.
接待空間突破傳統(tǒng)平鋪直敘的塊面,會(huì)員中心設(shè)計(jì)以不規(guī)則的形狀切割墻體,制造“缺隅”的視覺(jué)效果,光線穿透洞口,引人指向深層的空間。
The reception area shatters the conventional narrative of flat surfaces, employing an unconventional approach of shaping the walls with irregular cuts. This creates a visual effect of “missing corners”. As light permeates through these openings, it draws the eye towards the deeper recesses of the space.
片狀的切割與圍合,延續(xù)至內(nèi)部的水吧空間,雙前臺(tái)區(qū)域銜合成完整的體塊,內(nèi)外空間自然聯(lián)結(jié),通透共生,承接流暢的行徑體驗(yàn)。
The slicing and enclosing of the slab-like structure extend into the interior bar space. The dual reception area merges into a unified entity, seamlessly linking the interior and exterior spaces. This symbiosis creates a transparent, shared experience, fostering a fluid journey throughout the space.
