本案位于蘇州新加坡示范園區(qū)的地標性別墅群，是一幢地下一層，地上三層的當代建筑。

This case is located in the landmark villa group of Suzhou Singapore demonstration park. It is a contemporary building with one floor underground and three floors above the ground.
