由李怡明先生與徐瑛女士、呂翔先生于2005年共同創(chuàng)立的清石建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所（QUCESS DESIGN FIRM），是一家致力于產(chǎn)業(yè)園規(guī)劃與咨詢、建筑室內(nèi)一體化改造、辦公及公寓空間 設(shè)計(jì)、酒店會(huì)所等高端空間設(shè)計(jì)、軟裝設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)的百人設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。清石首次提出“設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)造 新價(jià)值”。自創(chuàng)立至今，委托清石提供優(yōu)質(zhì)空間設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)的客戶超過100家，其中包括中關(guān)村 科技園區(qū)、百度、萬科、阿里、浪潮、首創(chuàng)等頂尖企業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)商，是中國(guó)最具規(guī)模的聯(lián)合 辦公空間“優(yōu)客工場(chǎng)”以及萬科長(zhǎng)租公寓品牌“泊寓”的設(shè)計(jì)戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。

QUCESS design firm, founded by Mr. Li Yiming, Ms. Xu Ying and Mr. Lu Xiang in 2005, is an organization with hundreds of employees which mainly dedicates to planning and counseling services of industrial park areas, integrated interior design reconstructions of architectures, space design of offices and apartments, high-end space design of hotels, clubhouses and soft design services. It was QUCESS firstly put forward the concept of “Design creates new value”. Since founded, QUCESS has been authorized by more than 100 customers to provide excellent space design services and most of whom are top enterprises, such as Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Baidu, Vanke, etc. Besides, QUCESS is also in design strategic partnership with Ucommune, which is the largest co-working office space in China.

QUCESS respects the diversity of values, it encourages designers with different cultural and educational backgrounds to show their individual characteristics and personalities completely to form QUCESS specific design teams with diversities. In this way, the design concept “ensure design create new value from different perspectives of values” has been strengthened effectively. QUCESS has won great awards in the authoritative design competitions around the world, include British FX (International Interior Design Awards), German Design Award, Italy ADESI Award, German Iconic Award and so on; besides, it’s also won Asia Pacific Interior Design Award, China Architectural Design Award, China Interior Design Award, CIID Academy Award, Golden Bund Award, Jintang Prize, KapoDesign Award China Best of the Best and many other top awards in China.

清石設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)始人李怡明先生提出“設(shè)計(jì)·創(chuàng)造·新價(jià)值”源自中關(guān)村科技園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)過程。 我們發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)的價(jià)值不應(yīng)局限于空間本身，更應(yīng)關(guān)注借助空間所能達(dá)到的更廣泛的商業(yè)價(jià)值。 所以清石在項(xiàng)目之初都會(huì)與客戶一同交流探討項(xiàng)目在各個(gè)層面上能實(shí)現(xiàn)的最大價(jià)值目標(biāo)，憑借 豐富的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法為業(yè)主節(jié)約項(xiàng)目周期，縮減項(xiàng)目成本以及讓項(xiàng)目商業(yè)價(jià)值最大化。十幾 年來，“設(shè)計(jì)·創(chuàng)造·新價(jià)值”成為清石人一直秉承與貫徹的設(shè)計(jì)價(jià)值觀。

The word “design creates new value” was raised by Mr. Li Yiming, the founder of QUCESS, according to the design process of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park project. We found that the value of design should not be limited to the design planning but can be achieved by concentrating on the space utilization to obtain a greater commercial value. At the initial stage of the programme, therefore, QUCESS always communicates with the customers on the maximum achievable values and the ultimate objectives of the project. As a well-experienced design company, QUCESS helps the clients shorten the project cycle, reduce the costs and maximize the commercial values by its unique design philosophy and method. Over the past decades, “design creates new value” have become the company values, which are followed and implemented by every QUCESS person.
