任萃於08年以聖經(jīng)馬拉基書3章10節(jié)"十一奉獻"為概念，創(chuàng)立十分之一設(shè)計事業(yè)有限公司，在創(chuàng)造高質(zhì)感空間的同時也奉獻公益，期許以無地域限制之世界性精品空間設(shè)計，為客戶量身訂做特有設(shè)計空間。

對生活懷抱無限熱情的她，常在瑣碎日常中聽到內(nèi)心對藝術(shù)繪畫的呼喚，從業(yè)十餘年以來，從未終止繪畫，畫作常被業(yè)主收藏，曾於16年、18年先後在臺北、上海舉辦個人畫展。也曾當過模特兒、拍過廣告，學(xué)過正統(tǒng)法式甜點，更是大學(xué)裡備受學(xué)生們歡迎的講師。在17年破格收取12位渴望學(xué)習(xí)室內(nèi)設(shè)計的素人為徒，她是一位將藝術(shù)及奉獻精神發(fā)揮到淋漓盡致的勇敢實踐家。

任萃作品中常見幾何圖形，無論是尖角圓形或矩方，總會在失序中見和諧，稜角中有圓融，像是春雨裡遇驚蟄，震醒人們視覺感官的溫度與深度。擅長商業(yè)空間操作的她，長期在藝術(shù)與國際觀的薰陶之下，其作品活躍於上海及臺北，同時獲得無數(shù)國際獎項。

In 2008, Tracy Jen created One-Tenth Design Co. Ltd by the concept of tithe, Malachi 3:10 O-Bible. Tracy devotes her times to public benefit activities as well as creates high quality living space for people. She hopes that every business design can be tailor-made for customers without regional limit.

With her passion for life, Tracy often hears her heart's call for art and painting among the trivial things in life. In her career of more than ten years, she has never stopped painting. Her paintings are often collected by the proprietors. Tracy held personal exhibitions in Taipei and Shanghai in 2016 and 2018. Once she was a model, and she was also participated in the filming of advertisement. Meanwhile, she was an orthodox French dessert chef. She was a lecturer welcomed by the students at the university. In 2017, 12 young persons, who are eager to learn interior design, became her students just like disciples. She is a courageous practitioner who has brought art and dedication into full play.

Geometry takes the fancy of Tracy Jen. Whatever geometric forms she made always present harmony nature even they look disorder. Like awakening from hibernation, her design works provoke sense of sight to human deeply and passionately. Tracy is good at commercial space design. Under the positive influence of art and great view of the world, her outstanding performance has not only extended over Shanghai and Taipei but won numerous international awards.
