往昔的生活，成就了別人的生活方式，國(guó)人的居所美學(xué)從模仿到自我呈現(xiàn)，經(jīng)歷了幾十年歷程，最終發(fā)現(xiàn)"低調(diào)內(nèi)斂而不失氣韻" 才是東方居所的狀態(tài)。介于黑白間，選用了高級(jí)灰，不迎合、不隨波逐流，以平和淡然的姿態(tài)面對(duì)，境由心生，人又因境而動(dòng)，整體空間調(diào)性沉穩(wěn)而不失氣場(chǎng)，樣板房設(shè)計(jì)在靜默中散發(fā)出一種不容置疑的力量，人與空間的相生相長(zhǎng)，于無言中便盡顯其形。

In between black and white, a high grade grey has been chosen, not to cater to or go with the flow, but to face the situation with a calm and breezy attitude, the situation is created by the heart, and people are moved by the situation.

一抹陽光從湖面躍入室內(nèi)，緩緩游走于空間里的每個(gè)角落，從皮革肌理到雪花馬毛的觸感，從石材的紋理變化到木的溫潤(rùn)生長(zhǎng)，著墨于光影和材質(zhì)的描繪，將一物一器連為一個(gè)整體，勾勒出眼前豐富的空間形態(tài)。

樣板房設(shè)計(jì)師圍繞"人、自然、藝術(shù)" 上演了一場(chǎng)空間對(duì)話的故事情節(jié)。以空間為載體，一尊《佳人腐骨》帶來的藝術(shù)氣息、一抹綠意蔓延于此，人行其間便能感知那份人文與自然、藝術(shù)的融合。

From the texture of leather to the touch of snowy horsehair, from the variation in the grain of stone to the warm growth of wood, the ink is used to depict light and shade and material, connecting one object and one object into a whole, outlining the richness of the spatial form before us.

社會(huì)環(huán)境的不確定，人們比以往更渴望社區(qū)型的理想生活空間，萬華·麓湖的【理想生活之城】完美契合這一愿景，WSD則在設(shè)計(jì)層面，樣板房設(shè)計(jì)將更順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的語境轉(zhuǎn)化為空間語言，回歸自我、家庭和社群，讓理想的愿景成為當(dāng)下的生活狀態(tài)。

空間不是恒定的，而是可流動(dòng)的。樣板房設(shè)計(jì)在空間形態(tài)上，我們賦予更多維的可能性。島臺(tái)，用懸空結(jié)合屏風(fēng)的設(shè)計(jì)演化，東方的內(nèi)斂氣質(zhì)與當(dāng)代審美相結(jié)合，隔而不斷，留給空間更多的想象和延伸，情緒在其中自由流動(dòng)。

People are more eager than ever for community-based ideal living spaces, Luxelakes' "City of Ideal Living" fits this vision perfectly, while WSD translates a more responsive context into a spatial language at the design level.

The island platform, with its overhang combined with the evolution of the screen design, combines the introverted oriental temperament with contemporary aesthetics, separating but not cutting the space.

WSD認(rèn)為空間設(shè)計(jì)的背后邏輯是生活方式，聯(lián)合萬華·麓湖深入探究當(dāng)代新貴對(duì)居所空間的多元需求，最終給出了LDK的答案。通過對(duì)客、餐、廚以及第三空間的不同組合轉(zhuǎn)變，樣板房設(shè)計(jì)可根據(jù)當(dāng)下的生活需求，在家庭生活模式和社交模式中自由轉(zhuǎn)換。

WSD believes that the logic behind spatial design is lifestyle, and together with Luxelakes, have finally come up with LDK's answer. Through the transformation of different combinations of guest, dining, kitchen and third space, it can be freely transformed between family and social mode according to the current living needs.
