這是一個90年代風(fēng)格的港式公寓住宅，位于北京二環(huán)內(nèi)的核心商圈，車水馬龍，喧囂復(fù)雜。而在這里的家是需要寧靜簡單，像春風(fēng)拂面溫柔而潤澤，像春雨般潤物細(xì)無聲。業(yè)主是一對金融圈的年輕夫婦，追求品質(zhì)，熱愛生活，熱情好客，喜歡簡約溫馨的空間，對空間功能和收納要求很高北京裝修設(shè)計。

This is a 1990s-style Hong Kong-style apartment, located in the core business district of Beijing's Second Ring Road. And the home here needs to be quiet and simple, gentle and moist like the spring breeze, moisturizing everything silently like the spring rain. The owner is a young couple who pursue quality life and they are hospitable, like simple and warm lifestyle, and have high requirements for space function and storage.

我們摒棄掉不必要的裝飾語言，不做過多的材料和顏色堆砌，為空間和時間解壓，也為空間留有余地，營造了一種簡單寧靜、舒適愜意的氛圍。

We abandon unnecessary decorative language, do not stack too many materials and colors, decompress space and time, and leave room for space, creating a simple, peaceful, comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

客廳一整面的窗戶是整個公寓最大的亮點，我們用柜子做成了一整面的窗臺，使原本單一的采光窗變成了飄窗的形式。與窗外風(fēng)景以及屋內(nèi)的餐客廳形成了一個過渡和互動的空間，既滿足了收納功能也能讓業(yè)主坐在飄窗臺上欣賞窗外的美景。飄窗下的抽屜也是一個非常實用的儲藏空間，可以收納男女主人的100多雙鞋北京裝修設(shè)計。

The window on one side of the living room is the biggest highlight of the apartment. We made a window on the whole side with a cabinet, turning the original single daylighting window into the form of a bay window. It forms a transitional and interactive space with the scenery outside the window and the dining and living room inside the house, which not only satisfies the storage function but also allows the owner to sit on the bay window and enjoy the scenery outside the window. The drawer under the bay window is also a very practical storage space, which can store more than 100 pairs of shoes of the host and hostess.

女主人喜歡美食、烹飪，經(jīng)常在周末和節(jié)假日邀請朋友在家里開party，因此我們在功能布局上把廚房和客餐廳多余的隔墻全部打掉，形成一個整體的大空間，使整個空間更加通透明亮，廚房采用可以推拉的玻璃隔斷，讓空間可分可合。女主人做飯之余還可以與家人朋友進(jìn)行互動交流，廚房也不再是傳統(tǒng)意義上的封閉而單一的“食物加工生產(chǎn)車間”。在向內(nèi)的功能與對外的情感中找到了一種平衡，開放的空間使各個功能可以很好的共生，它們各自獨立又相互融合。

The hostess likes food and cooking and often invites friends to have parties at home on weekends and holidays. Therefore, we have completely canceled the extra partition walls of the kitchen and guest dining room in the functional layout to form an overall large space, making the entire space more accessible. Transparent and bright, the kitchen uses glass partitions that can be moved, allowing the space to be divided and combined. The hostess can also interact with family and friends while cooking, and the kitchen is no longer a closed and single "food processing and production workshop" in the traditional sense. A balance is found between the function and the emotion. The open space allows each function to coexist very well. They are independent and integrated with each other.
