隨著現(xiàn)代城市資源配置與服務，會所設計從聚攏向分散化、碎片化轉(zhuǎn)變，空間開始復合更多的需求功能，新的生活場景里空間的體系被重構，拋開城市雜亂的抒懷，回歸私人空間定義。在衢江之畔，我們通過設計賦能江南婉約的人文氣質(zhì)，回歸本真，將空間個性徹底釋放

作為商辦空間的打造，一家企業(yè)的創(chuàng)始人，業(yè)主以高端簡約的現(xiàn)代風格要求空間的氣質(zhì)，同時滿足業(yè)主接待朋友，品茶、收藏以及高爾夫運動的功能需求。因此，此項目的設計，經(jīng)由化繁為簡、解析設計語言，結合居家空間的理性，將禮、宴、賞、樂、享元素以理性形態(tài)分區(qū)域投放，作為每層的功能特點；從功能分區(qū)入手，又根據(jù)地域文化提取茶、瓷、漁、帆、花這五大設計元素，多層次文化注入空間，承載人們對于未來生活方式的想象，更需具備一定的開放性，從此展開中西方交融的人文體驗。

來到首層開門見山凸顯整個項目的定位特征，明顯感受私人會所氣息。此處的功能以品茶、洽談、藝術展陳為主。

洽談區(qū)的瑩白瓷掛件脫離平庸，沿用了婺州窯的雕刻技藝，飾之以極具民族特色的浮雕、刻花工藝；造型上，力求巧雅秀麗，給人以清新、神化之美感，與生機勃勃的樹影形成對偶。
