Overview

豪宅設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目位于汕頭龍湖區(qū)新溪鎮(zhèn)中三合村?；靥幵谛孪?zhèn)中心，擁有最繁華的生活圈，集市/學(xué)校/醫(yī)院/與基地形成了500米的生活圈，一個完整保留傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)生活氣息的中心區(qū)域。

The project is located inZhongsanhe Village, Xinxi Town, Longhu District, Shantou. Thesite is situated in the center of Xinxi Town,a500m-diameterbusy life circle which consists of markets,schools andhospitals andcompletely retains thefeatures ofthetraditional town.

Village clusters featured by order

地標(biāo)這個詞也在近年瘋狂流行，于是城市之間不約而同的出現(xiàn)許多百米超高層建筑。我們再通過這個現(xiàn)象來看當(dāng)代的農(nóng)村建設(shè)，其實(shí)一樣的，村民都會建6層半（政策要求的最高限制），這樣導(dǎo)致了我們看到的一條平整的城市天際線，而原來村落中的老房子便被擠兌在這些新建筑之間的縫隙中，這是當(dāng)代新農(nóng)村建設(shè)復(fù)制效應(yīng)所產(chǎn)生的共振現(xiàn)象與秩序，也同樣象征著權(quán)利與資本。

The word“l(fā)andmark” has been prevailing in recent years, leading to a boom of high-rise buildings over 100 meters in cities. This trend can be also seen in today's rural construction. Residents in Zhongsanhe Village are apt to build 6.5-floor buildings, toapproximate themaximum height of self-built rural houses stipulated by national regulations as much as possible. Those new rural constructions together create a smooth, level skyline, with old houses wedged in between. Such built environment is caused byreplications and order in rural construction, and indicates power and wealth to some extent.
