The image of Kungfu Froggy is also customized in-depth. The chrome mirror effect is overall modern. The gesture of holding an umbrella in the hand and landing on the water effortlessly deepens the association with the rain scene and the martial warrior.
手持雨傘的IP形象由MOC建議,使用生活中常見的雨傘而非武器,立意在于傳達(dá)關(guān)于“俠”的內(nèi)涵——俠是“保護(hù)”而非“攻擊”。
The signature figure holding an umbrella was suggested by MOC. He is using a common umbrella rather than a weapon, which is intended to express the connotation of “Kungfu Hero” – to “protect”, rather than to “attack”.

The Core of “Kungfu Hero”
“我有力量,但是我用手遮住一半?!边@是抱拳禮的一種解讀,南寧餐廳設(shè)計(jì)右手握拳表達(dá)力量,左掌掩右拳則表示節(jié)制勇武的涵義,也是MOC在空間中所想要表達(dá)的關(guān)于“俠”的內(nèi)核:有力量但克制,尊重他人、保護(hù)弱小。
“I have power, but I cover half of it with my hand.” This is an interpretation of the fist and palm salute, where the right fist expresses strength, while the left palm covers the right fist to show restraint and courage. This is also the core that MOC wants to express in the space about “Kungfu Hero” – having strength but with restraint, respecting others and protecting the weak.
南寧餐廳設(shè)計(jì)空間中設(shè)置了多處雨傘結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)裝置,除了貼合“雨中的武林世界”這一主題外,“傘”其實(shí)是普通人日常下雨時(shí)使用的物件,作為保護(hù)者的“俠”,也并不隨時(shí)攜帶武器,他們與普通人無異,在需要保護(hù)別人的時(shí)候,身邊隨手可得的傘便可以化身為武器。此外“傘”本身所具備的功能也帶給它“保護(hù)”的深層涵義。
There are several dynamic umbrella installations in the restaurant, which suits the theme of “Wulin in the Rain”. The umbrellas are objects used by ordinary people when it rains. As for the protectors like “Kungfu Hero”, they don’t always carry the umbrella. They are no different from ordinary people. But when they need to protect others, the umbrella at their fingertips can be transformed into a weapon. Moreover, the “umbrella” itself has the function that deepens the meaning of “protection”.
在入口處設(shè)置的動(dòng)態(tài)雨傘裝置,通過傘面裝置和傘架裝置雙層反向旋轉(zhuǎn)的形式,南寧餐廳設(shè)計(jì)形成空間的視覺焦點(diǎn),同時(shí)在入口處也隱約可見該裝置,給人以探究的欲望。
The dynamic umbrella installation at the entrance becomes the visual focal point of the space with the reverse rotation of the canopy and frame. The installation is also visible at the entrance, giving people the desire to go in and explore.

Expression of Theme and Scene
南寧餐廳設(shè)計(jì)在空間結(jié)構(gòu)上,MOC通過室內(nèi)搭建的屋檐自然的營(yíng)造了屋內(nèi)屋外的空間關(guān)系。
In terms of spatial structure, MOC naturally creates a spatial relationship between the inside and outside of the restaurant through the indoor eaves.

沿用木方構(gòu)成的傘架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,南寧餐廳設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建出屋檐的形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu),使室內(nèi)空間在屋檐之間的位置呈現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的戶外感,在雨景中,屋檐下的燈籠造型吊燈更加強(qiáng)調(diào)了避雨的感受。
The umbrella frame made of wood constructs the form and structure of the eaves, which creates a unique outdoor experience in the interior. The lantern-shaped ceiling lamp under the eaves further emphasizes the feeling of sheltering from the rain.
