針對社區(qū)店，MOC希望創(chuàng)造一個與街區(qū)更強的聯(lián)系，為顧客提供一個日常生活中愉悅的“停頓”場所。因此我們通過可開啟的折疊窗連同室內(nèi)外，強調(diào)內(nèi)與外的連接與對話。

Furthermore, for community stores, MOC aims to establish a stronger connection with the neighborhood, providing customers with a pleasant "pause" in their daily lives. Therefore, we emphasize the connection and dialogue between the interior and exterior by incorporating openable folding windows that link the indoor and outdoor spaces.

【空間場景考量】

Spatial Scene Considerations

同時，MOC引入溫暖的色調(diào)和木質(zhì)元素，強調(diào)溫馨感。在地面處理方面，空間系統(tǒng)設(shè)計師將戶外道路和綠道的感受融入室內(nèi)。座位區(qū)域采用小塊瓷磚，呼應(yīng)綠道植草磚的印象，與室外環(huán)境形成一種聯(lián)系。而通道區(qū)域則采用單色瓷磚鋪貼，打造具有區(qū)域感豐富的場景。

At the same time, MOC introduces warm tones and wooden elements to emphasize a cozy ambiance. Regarding floor treatment, the designer incorporates the sensations of outdoor roads and greenways into the indoor space. The seating area features small tiles that echo the impression of greenway grass bricks, establishing a connection with the outdoor environment. Meanwhile, the passage areas are tiled with single-color tiles, creating a scene with a rich sense of distinct regions.

Bar Area Design: Extension of Office Lobby Store State

橙色的cube縱向疊起，成為吧臺區(qū)域重要的識別元素?？臻g系統(tǒng)設(shè)計延長的吧臺高凳區(qū)，則以cube框架的形式與吊楣的體塊形成呼應(yīng)。橙色和白色的組合明亮活潑，簡約的線條不失嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，這一組合后續(xù)將作為辦公大堂店的模板使用。

The vertically stacked orange cubes become a crucial identifying element for the bar counter area. The extended bar-height seating, fashioned in a cube framework, complements the bulkiness of the suspended structure. The combination of orange and white is vibrant and lively, with simple lines maintaining a sense of precision. This combination will serve as a template for future designs, particularly for office lobby stores.

【施工效率與環(huán)?！?

Efficiency in Construction and Environmental Awareness

值得一提的是，MOC選用了快裝的阡陌卷材以適應(yīng)快速的施工需求，空間系統(tǒng)設(shè)計并選用了環(huán)保的木絲板材和肌理涂料，既能降低聲噪同時減少對生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響。

It is worth mentioning that MOC has chosen quick-install rolls to meet the demands of rapid construction. Additionally, eco-friendly wood fiber boards and textured coatings are selected to not only reduce noise but also minimize the impact on the ecological environment.
