當(dāng)泰國料理帶著它的獨(dú)特風(fēng)味走向我們的日常餐桌，人們會因?yàn)榈赜蛱厣珢凵线@樣的料理，從而感受或回味。泰爽餐飲設(shè)計(jì)是金色的沙灘，是咸咸的海風(fēng)拂過，是被風(fēng)吹起的紗幔，是陽光下一種平衡和平靜，是光與美的自然與生活。

When Thai cuisine brings its unique flavors to our daily dining table, people may fall in love with this type of cuisine because of its regional characteristics, and thus feel or reminisce. It is the golden sandy beach, the salty sea breeze blowing by, the fluttering curtains, the balance and tranquility under the sunshine, the natural beauty and life of light and beauty.

泰爽金Zapver海樂世界店，位于昆明市的海樂世界購物中心內(nèi)。沙礫色的建筑共兩層，由泰爽餐飲設(shè)計(jì)師楊雪婉及AURORA DESIGN艾洛設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)打造完成。這是該品牌的第四家店，也是該品牌的首家品牌旗艦（黑金）店。源自于東南亞的設(shè)計(jì)輔助商業(yè)完成泰餐在昆明這座城市的變化過程。

Zapver Hello World store is located in the Hello World Shopping Center in Kunming. The sandy-colored building has 2 floors, designed and completed by designer Yang Xuewan and Aurora Design team. This is the fourth store of the brand, and also its first flagship (luxury) store. Derived from Southeast Asian design, it also assists in the transformation of Thai cuisine in the city of Kunming.

對于設(shè)計(jì)而言，在探索城市變化的過程中，體驗(yàn)型餐飲空間是極易打動人心的角色。如何在泰爽餐飲設(shè)計(jì)中保留自我特色的同時(shí)融合當(dāng)?shù)匚幕?？?dāng)它從“當(dāng)?shù)厝粘！弊兂伞爱惖靥厣睍r(shí)，如何讓空間兼具著融合兩種地域文化的使命？

In terms of design, experiential dining spaces play a very influential role in exploring the process of urban transformation. How can one retain self-characteristics in design while integrating local culture? When it goes from "local daily" to "exotic features", how can the space fulfill the mission of integrating both regional cultures?

餐廳入口處設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)置了前置院落入口，進(jìn)深錯(cuò)落的變化則彰顯空間內(nèi)與外的轉(zhuǎn)換，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)都市與自然的有機(jī)融合。建筑和開放式室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)融合的泰式文化都掩在郁郁蔥蔥的綠色之中。使到來的人在享用美味食物的同時(shí)，放松下來，心歸自然。

At the entrance of the restaurant, the designer has created a front courtyard entrance, with a depth of staggered changes that highlight the transition between interior and exterior spaces, achieving an organic fusion of urban and natural elements. Thai culture, with its blend of architecture and open interior design, is integrated into the lush greenery. It creates an environment where diners can enjoy delicious food while relaxing and returning to nature.

泰國三角屋頂?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)在此處重現(xiàn)，屋頂下方灰色微水泥墻，高的玻璃幕墻圍合出一處自然呼吸的外擺空間。白色帆布傘下布置擺放的桌椅，讓空間形態(tài)規(guī)整且自由。搭配蔥郁的綠植營造出夏日度假氛圍，溫柔又真摯地邀約來往的路人共赴一場愜意的美食之旅。

The traditional Thai triangular roof structure is recreated here, with a half-meter-high glass curtain wall enclosing a natural breathing outdoor space under the roof, which is made of gray micro cement. Tables and chairs arranged under white canvas umbrellas make the space look neat and free. The lush green plants create a summer holiday atmosphere, inviting passers-by to enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
